Avocado

This tropical fruit has cool natural fibers that can be replenishing and relaxing for the tired and clogged skin because of dust and dirt. Get a medium-sized ripe avocado and scrape the flesh and smash it with spoon. Wash your face with warm water and soap and dry it with a towel then apply the avocado facial mask on your face. Relax and leave it for 30 minutes. Afterwards, wash it with soap and cool water and massage it with your fingertips. Use it once a week

 

Egg white

Save the egg white while making your scrambled egg on breakfast and apply it on your face before you take your morning shower. When the egg white becomes dry, you can feel your skin stretching and the clogged pores are opening . After 10 minutes, wash it with soap and water. You can feel the softness of your face and the dirt clogged on the pores of your skin really come out.

 
Lemon juice

Do you notice some dry and dark spots on your knees and elbows and want to make it smooth and white ? Why don't you try scrubbing your knees and elbows with pure lemon juice and leave it for one hour before you take a bath? If you cannot stand the sour smell, you can soap your knees and elbows to remove the sour odor. You can use this twice a week and surely you'll have smooth knees and elbows.

Milk

Remember Cleopatra as the woman in history who used milk when bathing? Milk has a natural formula that helps our skin restore it's natural glow. It also helps repair the lost elasticity of our skin by softening it. You can also use it as a facial skin softener by adding a teaspoon of lemon juice and apply it on your face except the eye area. Rinse it afterwards.

Oatmeal

This may sound so yucky, but it can help your skin rejuvenate it's glow by relaxing after putting the oatmeal mask on your face. In two tablespoonfull of oatmeal, mix it in a half-cup of hot water with a teaspoon of lemon juice and cool it down. When it is already cold, apply it on your skin except on the eye area. Wash it with lukewarm water and mild soap.


Cucumber

We know that our eyes show what we feel. And when we're tired, it shows. To soothe tired eyes as well as the bulging eye bags, slice a cucumber and put it on your eyes while you are taking a nap. The moment you wake up, you will feel refresh and revitalized.
